Peace and grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

In consideration of your petition for a blessing to be recognized by the Russian Orthodox Church outside Russia and be under its spiritual protection in the Russian Diaspora, I hereby invoke God’s blessing upon you all, that in the various countries were the Order exists, you undertake acts of Christian charity for the welfare of those less fortunate than ourselves and also for the peoples of Russia.
